1. Order Confirmation
By confirming PayPal payment, the buyer agrees to these terms, which are legally binding.
2. Production Time
All items are 100% handmade. Production takes 7–30 business days, depending on order size and design.
3. Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped to the PayPal address by default.
Delivery usually takes around 7 days after shipment.
Refunds or compensation will not be provided for incorrect addresses, failure to receive the parcel, or force majeure events.
4. Product and Gift Disclaimer
Only the main handmade squishy is considered the product.
All other items (including bags, tags, cards, or accessories) are free gifts.
Damage to free gifts is not refundable or replaceable.
Texture and softness may vary by personal preference; refunds or returns due to feel or texture are not accepted.
5. Refund Policy
We do not accept unconditional refunds.
Refund requests within 3 days of order placement: 70% refund, PayPal fees paid by the buyer.
Refund requests after 3 days: not accepted.
Refunds will not be granted for reasons including but not limited to credit card misuse, unauthorized payment claims, or accidental purchases.
The seller reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a refund at our discretion if we choose not to continue the service.
In such cases, all payment or processing fees will be borne by the buyer.
6. Quality Assurance
Materials are carefully selected and handmade with care.
Please inspect the item upon opening. No warranty is provided.
If no quality issue is reported after receipt, returns or refunds are not accepted.
For proven defects, an unboxing video is required as the only valid evidence.
7. Color & Size Disclaimer
Slight differences in color, shape, or size may occur due to lighting, display settings, and manual measurement.
These are normal for handmade items and not considered defects.
8. Packaging Condition
Minor dents or marks on outer packaging during transit do not affect product quality and are not grounds for refund.
9. 不可抗力及进口关税
卖方对因海关检查、自然灾害、物流中断或其他不可控事件造成的延误或损失不承担责任。
任何进口关税、税款或地方费用均由买方承担。
